Why this name ?
Because this house is our little corner of paradise in the countryside, in the hamlet of Le Vernois… An old 1928 farmhouse, lovingly renovated, overlooking a vast two-hectare meadow facing the immensity of the Bois Noirs forest. A warm and welcoming place to gather with family, unwind, or reconnect with nature. Only 1h20 from Lyon or Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Roanne, and 20 minutes from Noirétable.
Outside, an 8 x 4 x 1.30 m swimming pool is set into a 100 m² raised terrace, overlooking 2 hectares of meadow and offering an unobstructed panoramic view of the Bois Noirs — completely private, nestled in greenery. In front of the house, you can enjoy a large tree-shaded esplanade where you can have an aperitif under a cluster of ash trees, enjoy lunch under the lean-to out of the sun, or play a game of mölkky somewhere across the two hectares of meadow.

On the ground floor, the house opens onto a spacious 50 m² living area with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with toilet completes this level. Upstairs, three bedrooms of 12, 17, and 18 m² await you. You will also find a large shower room and separate toilet on this floor.
